Sam is truely the 'magic man'. He came into a difficult shortsale situation with difficult banks, and never was discouraged. He actually sold our house not once but 3x as the bank was difficult. Sam is very responsible and super competent. Unlike many agents in the industry who pretend to know the answer, he never stops at the surface but always digs deep to find the best solution throughout the process.
